Bottle unscrambler machine was bought by US customer

This bottle turntable was purchase by our US old client.It can be used to work with filler,capper or labeler.The bottles can be plastic/glass bottles or oval/round/square bottles.

Our customer made the payment.and then this bottle sorting machine was finished.

Basic use of this bottle feeding table

It is suitable for automatic bottle dividing and automatic conveying of round bottles and square bottles.And it can be connected to the labeling machine, filling machine and capping machine. This plastic bottle feeder can be used as buffer function and also shorten the length of the conveyor belt.

Applicable bottle diameter can be adjusted freely, compatible with peeling bottles, plastic bottles, bottle conveying speed 30 ~ 100 bottles / minute, speed can be adjusted steplessly, convenient production arrangements.

Work process:

The bottle turntable drives the product to rotate automatically. The product moves close to the edge of the turntable.
