A. Inline Filling Systems
Introduction:
YQ machinery manufactures a variety of liquid filling machines such as Inline filling systems. Such systems are capable of filling almost any product into an assortment of bottle types.YQ Inline filling systems use the latest technologies to achieve the highest speeds and most accurately filled bottles in the packaging industry.
Feature of bottle filling equipment:
A.This piston filler is suitable for the filling of different containers. The different containers can be switched within a few mins, the filling cycle is short and the production capacity is high. The replacement of different container does not need to add spare parts, it can be completed only by adjustment. Users can choose the filling machinery according to their own production capacity to determine the number of filling heads. Touch panel can display production status, operating procedures, filling methods, etc. , The screen is intuitive, easy to operate and easy to maintain. Each filling head is equipped with a bottle mouth setting to ensure accurate filling of the material.
B. The design adopts linear feeding and discharging methods to expand the filling function. Containers of various shapes can be effectively filled in this equipment. The international advanced gas filling valve is selected to ensure that the filling process has no drips and salivation. The powerful PLC software support can realize the ideal filling operation. Interface, all operations are completed on the touch color screen.
C. The measurement of each filling head can be adjusted individually to achieve consistent filling measurement. The filling system has set up the bottle feeding technology program. No bottle, not enough, no filling. Only when the number of bottles reach to set amount by the counter, can the filling be started. The filling volume can be adjusted initially to the required filling volume and then fine-tuned to obtain the ideal filling measurement accuracy.
Note: The filling volume and capacity can be designed with different filling heads according to user requirements.

B.Pick And Place Screw Capping Machine
Introduction:
Pick and Place Screw Capping Machine is versatile, self-supported on stainless steel leg with height adjustment system. The machine is precision built on sturdy welded stainless steel Frame structure.
The container moving on conveyor belt are fed to star wheel, bringing the container below sealing head in indexing manner. Meanwhile the rotating head picks up cap from the cap star wheel which is received from delivery chute of cap feeding bowl, where the body and neck are positioned below the rotating head where the sealing head is performing perfect sealing operation. The rotating head is designed to seal container according to pre-set magnetic torque.

About Packing:
To ensure our service quality, we will execute the following packaging standards in delivery:
1.All the products before delivery should be tested by assemble and debugging engineer, wiped up and cleaned, then wrapped by stretch film to protect it from moist. The precision part need to flexible package.
2.In addition, without standard tools, manual and other documents, and allow ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave factory All the products will be packed in wooden case. The exported products use plywood case to pack. The foot margin of equipment fixed tightly to make the machine can experience loading and uploading, the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.
After-sale service:
1. Instruction for Installation and Debugging
Before delivery, we takes responsible for debugging of machine, in order to make sure the provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation.
We also take responsibility to have debugging overseas, and Client abroad please sends invitation forward of time to engineer, provides the engineer with round-trip tickets, accommodation, vehicle and $80 per day salary.
2. User Training
Before delivery, we will take responsibility to indoctrinate technical training to the users so that they could understand the machine features and could operate the machine by themselves.
3. Warranty Period
The warranty period for machine is one year with a life long maintenance. If the user requires special quality guarantee, other stipulated warranty period may be made after mutual agreement.Mechanical models are standard, make special design according to customer requirements.
