Introduction
Speed governor, one-stage conveying device.
Pneumatic mechanism is adopted for the whole action of pushing bottle, heat sealing and cutting.
The sensor switch controls the length of the film.
Weinview touch screen and Mitsubishi PLC control system greatly increase the reliability of equipment operation.
The height of the conveyor belt is 900mm, which can also be made according to user requirements, and the adjustment range is ±50mm
The pressure of the conveyor belt can be extended or shortened according to the direction of bottle feeding required by the user.

Packaging process
Conveying-Feeding Mechanism-Photoelectric Detection-Pushing-Film Sealing-Film Collecting Cold-Palletizing-
1. Conveying: The packaged materials enter the conveyor belt of the sealing machine, and the conveyor belt is equipped with an adjustable guardrail. After the package reaches the set position, the conveying stops.
2. Pushing: After the package reaches the pushing position, the pushing cylinder works at the same time to push the package through the sealing and cutting line.
3. Cover film sealing: The package pushed through the sealing and cutting line is pressed by the pressing device set up above to prevent it from falling over. After the pushing cylinder is withdrawn, the film sealing cylinder and the film cutting cylinder work at the same time to complete the film covering and sealing.
4. Shrinking: After finishing the filming, the packaging will enter the shrinking furnace for shrinking.
5. Cooling: After the packaging is finished shrinking, it enters the auxiliary rack and waits for stacking after passing through the cooling device at the end of the machine.
About Packing:
To ensure our service quality, we will execute the following packaging standards in delivery:
1.All the products before delivery should be tested by assemble and debugging engineer, wiped up and cleaned, then wrapped by stretch film to protect it from moist. The precision part need to flexible package.
2.In addition, without standard tools, manual and other documents, and allow ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave factory All the products will be packed in wooden case. The exported products use plywood case to pack. The foot margin of equipment fixed tightly to make the machine can experience loading and uploading, the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.
Our services:
A-The whole system
The Seller ensure the whole system can get to the requested capacity, accept and cooperate with the Buyer to pass the final testing of the whole system.
B-On-site installation:
The Seller supply the on site installation for the whole system, but the fees including air tickets, foods, hotel and translator in this period should be paid by User,the subsidy is 80USD/day.
C-Technical support:
The Seller supplies the technical support of the whole use life of the system,including the capping machine,and the procedures.
D-Spare parts supply:
The Seller should supply the quick-wear parts with the machine, to help the Buyer n further using. In the quality guarantee period, the Seller will supply the broken parts for free, except the easy worn parts or the damage is caused by wrong operation.After the guarantee period, the Seller will supply all the parts that the User need for the whole use life of the machine in cost price.
