Introduction to the packaging process
(1) Preparation Film application: Workers put the film through and put it into the film applicator
to clamp the film (only the first cycle process requires manual application of the film, the equipment will automatically apply the film later), turn on the power: open the electric control box, and close the air switch , Turn off the electric control box, turn on the switch to start operation. The staff changes the parameters of the top, bottom, reciprocation times and other parameters on the control panel according to the cargo situation, and press the start button after confirmation.
(2) Operation The product is conveyed to the winding machine position through the existing conveyor line and photoelectric switch (the stop position is controlled by the photoelectric switch), the winding machine is started, the tray rotates, the film frame system starts to rotate around the goods, and the film feeding motor delivers the film to package the goods. After the packaging is finished, the film rack stops to the original position, and the automatic film-cutting system performs automatic film-cutting, stroking and film-cutting processes on the goods, and the automatic film-cutting system returns to the original position. After the packaging process is completed, the roller conveyor system starts. The product is automatically transported to the parking position (the stop position is controlled by the photoelectric switch), and a cycle is completed so far, and the above actions can be repeated for continuous packaging.
(3) Changing the film When a roll of stretch film is about to run out, it needs to shut down and turn off the power. Manual film replacement starts from step 1.

2.In addition, without standard tools, manual and other documents, and allow ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave factory All the products will be packed in wooden case. The exported products use plywood case to pack. The foot margin of equipment fixed tightly to make the machine can experience loading and uploading, the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.

B-On-site installation:
The Seller supply the on site installation for the whole system, but the fees including air tickets, foods, hotel and translator in this period should be paid by User,the subsidy is 80USD/day.
C-Technical support:
The Seller supplies the technical support of the whole use life of the system,including the capping machine,and the procedures.
D-Spare parts supply:
The Seller should supply the quick-wear parts with the machine, to help the Buyer n further using. In the quality guarantee period, the Seller will supply the broken parts for free, except the easy worn parts or the damage is caused by wrong operation.After the guarantee period, the Seller will supply all the parts that the User need for the whole use life of the machine in cost price.
