Basic use of label applicator machine
◆ Applicable to the single-side labeling of round, square, flat bottles and other similar products in medicine, food, daily chemical and other light industries. One machine is versatile, suitable for square bottles, flat bottles and round bottles, which can be used in a single machine or in line.

Working principle
◆ After the bottle separation mechanism separates the product, the sensor detects the product passing, and sends a signal back to the control system, which controls the motor to send the label at the appropriate position and attach it to the product to be labeled.
◆ Operation process: put the product (can be connected to the assembly line) —> product transportation (automatically realized by the equipment) —> product separation—> product detection—> labeling—> collect the labeled products.

Work flow:
Bottles distributing---Correcting---Pressing---Labeling---Reinforcing---Finish
1. Fix the label roll on the machine according to the graphical representation, adjust the height of each part.
2. Check if all the position of the labels are correct.
3. Adjust the distance between the two rails, the distance between the brush and the conveyer, make sure the distance is suitable for the product to pass.
4. Turn on the power switch, turn on the optoelectronic switch.
5. Turn on switch of the motor and label sending device, debug labeling, if there are any abnormal, get rid of them.
6. Adjust the labeling position.
7. Ensure the test is OK, then operating the machine normally.
8. Power off.

About Packing:
To ensure our service quality, we will execute the following packaging standards in delivery:
1.All the products before delivery should be tested by assemble and debugging engineer, wiped up and cleaned, then wrapped by stretch film to protect it from moist. The precision part need to flexible package.
2.In addition, without standard tools, manual and other documents, and allow ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave factory All the products will be packed in wooden case. The exported products use plywood case to pack. The foot margin of equipment fixed tightly to make the machine can experience loading and uploading, the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.
Our services:
A-The whole system
The Seller ensure the whole system can get to the requested capacity, accept and cooperate with the Buyer to pass the final testing of the whole system.
B-On-site installation:
The Seller supply the on site installation for the whole system, but the fees including air tickets, foods, hotel and translator in this period should be paid by User,the subsidy is 80USD/day.
C-Technical support:
The Seller supplies the technical support of the whole use life of the system,including the capping machine,and the procedures.
D-Spare parts supply:
The Seller should supply the quick-wear parts with the machine, to help the Buyer n further using. In the quality guarantee period, the Seller will supply the broken parts for free, except the easy worn parts or the damage is caused by misoperation.After the guarantee period, the Seller will supply all the parts that the User need for the whole use life of the machine in cost price.
