Introduction:
Monoblock filling systems are robust continuous rotary monoblock systems designed to simplify your bottling line by combining the bottle filler, tip/plug placer, and capper into a single space-saving machine. This monoblock system is great for products in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, or chemical industries. Each small bottle filler is specifically constructed to the individual product specifications, space constraints, and production environment to maximize product output. It is an easy to use system with a simple and intuitive touch screen display. The Monoblock system is offered in both a volumetric positive displacement and a volumetric piston filling configurations. The place and press assembly can accurately feed, place, and press nearly any size tip/ plug before the capping process. The filling and capping unit can accommodate threaded caps of a variety of materials, diameters, and heights. Sorting options include a centrifugal bowl or a vibratory system for caps.
Working principle:
The starwheel, driven by a cam divider, allows for simple speed adjustments and completely synchronized packaging processes. Each turn of the starwheel delivers the bottle, vial or other container to the next packaging process. A simple PLC control assists in set up of delay times, duration times and other functions of the packaging components featured on any given monoblock system. These simple controls can reduce labor costs and keep production running consistently and efficiently.

About Packing:
To ensure our service quality, we will execute the following packaging standards in delivery:
1.All the products before delivery should be tested by assemble and debugging engineer, wiped up and cleaned, then wrapped by stretch film to protect it from moist. The precision part need to flexible package.
2.In addition, without standard tools, manual and other documents, and allow ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave factory All the products will be packed in wooden case. The exported products use plywood case to pack. The foot margin of equipment fixed tightly to make the machine can experience loading and uploading, the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.
Our services:
A-The whole system
The Seller ensure the whole system can get to the requested capacity, accept and cooperate with the Buyer to pass the final testing of the whole system.
B-On-site installation:
The Seller supply the on site installation for the whole system, but the fees including air tickets, foods, hotel and translator in this period should be paid by User,the subsidy is 80USD/day.
C-Technical support:
The Seller supplies the technical support of the whole use life of the system,including the capping machine,and the procedures.
D-Spare parts supply:
The Seller should supply the quick-wear parts with the machine, to help the Buyer n further using. In the quality guarantee period, the Seller will supply the broken parts for free, except the easy worn parts or the damage is caused by misoperation.After the guarantee period, the Seller will supply all the parts that the User need for the whole use life of the machine in cost price.
