D. Bottle Accumulating Table
Introduction Of Bottle Accumulation Systems:
Rotary accumulation tables can be used to collect or distribute bottles at the beginning, midpoint, or end of a bottle packaging line.And this turntable adopt frequency control of motor speed.
Application Of Pack-Off Table:
A rotary accumulation table can be installed at the beginning of filling production line allows operators to quickly fill the table with empty bottles rather than feed bottles onto a conveyor one by one. The rotary table then automatically discharges the bottles onto the conveyor in a single file line.
In-feed tables installed in the middle of a bottle filling line allow you to deal with production bottlenecks and service issues. Mid-line accumulation tables can be fitted with upstream and downstream gates. If a machine on the line needs to be serviced, the downstream gate on the accumulation table is closed to prevent bottles from flowing into the machine being serviced. When the service on the machine has been completed, open the downstream gate on the accumulation table to again allow the bottles to flow downstream.
Bottle accumulation machine also can be installed at the end of the line serve a critical purpose. They provide an outlet for the finished product to collect in preparation for packing and prevent the bottles from backing up and slowing down your entire bottle packaging line. 1.All the products before delivery should be tested by assemble and debugging engineer, wiped up and cleaned, then wrapped by stretch film to protect it from moist. The precision part need to flexible package.
2.In addition, without standard tools, manual and other documents, and allow ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave factory All the products will be packed in wooden case. The exported products use plywood case to pack. The foot margin of equipment fixed tightly to make the machine can experience loading and uploading, the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.
After-sale service:
1. Instruction for Installation and Debugging
